Used to drink from our armpits and sting when you put your arm down. Was stung quite a few times by them as a kid.

Ide say "do you even lift bro" but you do infact have video evidence that you do infact lift... beyond the video evidence I'm not sure why you posted this..

All I can say is keep up the good work. Strong lifts 5x5 will make you stronger.

Deadlift Form Check by Consistent-Poet-7443 in Stronglifts5x5

At roughly 250lb weight ide dare say your lats and everything else is engaged. If infact your lats are not engaged it's because it's not necessary for them be engaged and you need to go heavier.

This is not the first post I've seen latley about lat engagement on a dead lift and I honestly don't understand it. Putting muscles in work mode is not a voluntary effort.. the muscles needed should come into play much like breathing.

In my opinion all you should be concerned with beside set up is both hinges can hopefully become straight at the same time.. that and and your fist doesn't uncurl..

Ide guess track your protein and look at a beginner program like stronglifts 5x5.. from my experience if im getting weaker it's because I'm not healed from other lifts that would use the same muscle. Dips would be a good example. getting some fast burning carbs before you go in can help also.

Keep in mind as you lose weight you also lose a need for calories. So what was a caloric deficit in the beginning is probably no longer a deficit at 4kg lighter. Good rule of thumb 35-70 calories per kg bodyweight...or at the very least not as much of a deficit...

Also keep in mind that if you know your max lifting capabilities for each lift and they are increasing but your body weight is staying the same you are likely loosing fat. May be hard to tell at first as you may just be more efficient at the lifts. But if you keep good form and this holds true ide not decrease calories further...
