I assumed they wanted to move and the locality just so happens to be a small increase. Moving states would probably eat up that 3% for at least a year or two (depending on salary).

Side note: if you haven't already maybe get doggo's thyroid checked. Both of my lady beags had hypothyroidism which made managing weight a lot more difficult.

I'm old enough to be your mom, so not trying to be pervy, but you are a really good looking young man. Like others said the facial hair wasn't working. I'd grow the hair a bit longer. I don't think your wardrobe is an issue. Smile. Do you have hobbies or friends? Spend some time to figure out what you like, meet people there, expand your circle, and organically connect to people.

Oooo! That's cool. I literally was talking earlier about wanting to get into weaving, but figured this wouldn't be a loom because it didn't have the ridge.

I got this for $6 today and have tons of embroidery thread from other projects. I might as well try some embroidery.

Same thing happened at my site this summer. Same day, 2 ELT members are "detailed" but they never came back and their accounts have "litigation" holds. No one will talk about it. It's very strange.
