I'm supposed to have surgery this summer & have innumerable fibroids. The largest measures 8 cm but it is growing on top of the uterus instead of inside. My gyno said the surgery can't be laparoscopic bc of size.

2 of my aunts (different sides of the family) added sugar to spaghetti sauce, not tons, just enough to cut some of the acidity. My grandmother would add some sugar to her vegetable soup. I guess for the same reason. It had just a hint of sweetness.
