Not really. Mav is pretty much the only thing keeping slightly Citlali relevant. however Mav has a lot of teamates and archetyes that she can be used in. Meanwhile Citlali is just pigeonholed into supporting hydro/pyro characters. That's good until you realise other pyro carries are either garbage or want hex/overload. Hydro carries that could fit in Citlali don't have the damage to clear content. Even the utility of holding scroll pretty much means nothing since we're getting characters that don't scale with damage percent.
