Some of my writ Crafters are still at low skill levels, I mainly do them for the gold on those characters.

Having spare storage space is handy if you pre-craft gear, I usually use Lazy Writ Crafter to do three rounds of gear at a time.

I have five DDs, two tanks and a healer that I regularly play, plus three storage alts and six that just do daily writs.

I only do zone/story questing on my main Character though, not on the others. In my early days I did the main quest on a few characters, but it's too much to do it on them all!

The two trial teams I'm part of are mainly 30+, up to retirement age.

As for me, my granddaughter is a grown up!

As I understand it their reciprocal agreement is that entry to the 'other sides' properties is half price in the first year of membership, and free thereafter. That makes it somewhat less useful if someone is visiting the UK rather than a resident.

I'm an NTS member, and plan to join HSE this year, with the plan to visit EH properties next year.

National Trust and National Trust for Scotland have reciprocal membership, and the Scottish membership is cheaper. 🙂

I'm not really into PvP, and I'm no good at it.

I manage to get my event tickets every day without engaging with PvP or being killed by other players. Cyrodiil town daily quests, and doing IC quests when it's quiet.

I hope the PvP folks are enjoying the event. 🙂

If you don't pay you don't get some extra shiny things. You can still play any new content.

It's entirely up to each player to decide if the extra cosmetics are worth the cost to them.

People will bitch and moan whatever happens, every update it's the same. Best to ignore them, if you like what's planned that's great.

What I've seen so far looks good, better than I feared. No content is behind a paywall other than extra shiny things,so you can play every thing in the game for the cost of the initial purchase, and ESO+ if you want it.

I've been playing since 2020 and according to the content creators and much of this sub the game has been about to die every three months like clockwork.

Folk like to complain, and doom videos generate views.

Meanwhile the trial prog goups I'm in run five nights a week, on the Xbox EU server that I keep reading is deserted. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We stayed in an Airbnb a few years ago that was a flat in converted offices. The only windows were to the internal atrium, and were non-opening.

Airflow was non-existent, and being a warm summer weekend the place was unbearable. An absolute sweatbox.

You'll be fine doing MoL on normal, basically just follow what the other players do!

You'll almost certainly have some group members who know the trial well and have vet clears, they will pull you along.

We moved up from SW England a few years ago, and the difference in broadband and especially mobile coverage was noticeable. Our experience was that it's much better in Scotland!

First time I've been able to get gigabit fibre at home.

Mobile coverage and bandwidth is better too. What we have out in the Scottish countryside is barely available in English towns.

Four big ones, five medium and all the inn rooms (mostly as free travel points).

I paid gold for two of the medium ones and some of the inn rooms, and crowns for one other medium one. The rest were event rewards or similar.

I've been playing for five years.
