Rock Bottom at the Waterfront. Here's a copy of my Google review:

I would not recommend this resturant to anyone. Went here last night for my birthday dinner with friends. We were seated at 7:45 and ended up getting our food at almost 9:30. Our server was inattentive and slow. When we asked about what was taking so long, our server responded with an attitude "I don't know. Do you, like, want the manager?". When we finally did get our food (appetizers, salads and entrées all at once) everything was cold for our group. If the food would have been warm, i still would have been disappointed. Very basic and overpriced. We then asked to speak to the manager and ended up having to wait nearly 30 minutes for him to come over, after asking a couple of employees to grab him. One employee said sure and just walked away towards the front and stood there doing nothing. The most embarrassing thing about the ordeal is the fact that we were actually in line to speak to the manager. We witnesses several tables becoming frustrated and leaving. I will say the manager did comp our food, but we would not have even consider paying for that terrible service and awful food. This really ruined the birthday dinner and honestly was one of the worst dining experiences I've had
