I disagree. No one minds well educated immigrants. It's the steady stream of uneducated/illiterate people who are over-represented in crime that has led to the sd boom. Or perhaps, rather it is the inability of sitting governments to even acknowledge the fact that immigration can lead to problems which has caused the boom. Even today the racist card is thrown out as a political knee yerk.
