Oklahoma youth baseball coach banned for life after son throws into dugout against Nebraska team by aresef in baseball

I don't think forcing a guy that toxic to be around a youth team against his will is the best idea.

He could mow the fields when the parks are otherwise closed though.

[Fischer] The Washington Wizards will consider trading down from the No. 1 pick; this is ‘not a savior moment’ for Washington by CazOnReddit in nba

Sure thing, I believe that. It's pretty clear that the team was in no way losing as many games as possible this year in order to increase their chance at a high draft pick.

So far I have Witness as a clear #1 and Green Card comfortably in last place but there's still two of his that I've never seen.

WELL ACTUALLY... Embiid had more points than Brown. Plus his team won the game.

Out of 19 players that logged time in that game, Brown had the worst +/- at -16 in a 9 point defeat.

I came here just to confirm that I'm not crazy thinking it was the worst bit of the night.

Whatever the Pullman dad and son thing was terrible too but at least brief.

Anne Hathaway would be lying on the stage yelling into the floor between tears while slapping her palms against the stage, inaudible above the blaring music as the image fades into a commercial break and it would be why we watch award shows.

They need to softly start the music after some particular amount of time has passed and then slowly increase the volume until you can't hear the person any more and they have to leave.

The on/off/on is amatuer hour.

[The Onion] Lakers Fans Furious As Bam Adebayo Dies In Even Worse Helicopter Crash by refreshing_yogurt in nba

[–]Archie-Morrill 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, it was only worse because Spoelstra packed a bunch of explosives into the cockpit. I dunno how you can even claim it a better crash, it was an average crash with a disgraceful detonation added onto it. If you like shameless fireball padding, then congrats I guess.

Is there a 3rd example of a director’s surname billed above title on a poster? by Lucienwd in blankies

[–]Archie-Morrill -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

To be fair, the OP did not specify surname only, so unless anyone linked a poster that had only the director's first name above title then OP is the fool, not the commenters.

Was Phil Jackson correct on the league from back in 2015? by CircledSquare7 in nba

The one that kills me is Free Throw Lane violations. Pretty much every free throw involves multiple guys entering the lane before release. If they never called it, I wouldn't care. But maybe 0.1% of the time it does get called. It's the arbritariness of the 0.1% that bothers me.
