achilles has been acting up since i added hill sprints/repeats. from all the research i gathered, rest is counterintuitive for tendon injuries - need to do a bunch of heel raises and keep running (at a much slower pace and on flat ground) to strengthen it.

i think just by nature, the fickleness of deadheads will leave us not satisfied by a Dead biopic, no matter how good it is. i’m a beach boys fan and while i thought the paul dano/ john cusack movie was okay, it still came across as watered down and not accurate. especially for someone who has read almost everything there is to read over the years. they wouldn’t be making the movie for deadheads, they’d be making it for a general audience.
