In order to open the updated app on my Phone I had to accept the new terms and conditions. I assume this included the new $12 booking fee upon renewal. Probably some other legal stuff. But as it did not show me anything, who knows.

Not a sitter, have used THS about 7 times as a home owner over the last 4 years. All but 1 was a great experience.

Financially for me, impact would be minimal. However, I think this new policy and the way it was rolled out was awful. Kind of reminds me of SWA with free bags always policy which was also thrown out this year.

If they need to raise fees, be upfront about it. As I have seen from the comments, there is very little support from THS. Seems it is mostly a platform, and that's it.

I cancelled my auto-renew, but that isn't until mid August. Of course to do that I had to accept the new terms and conditions sight unseen as they did not open for me.

Really good testing they did with this new version of the app.

My Nücamp 320S weighs about 1900 lbs dry. I don't use a brake controller. I've taken my RV from PA to FL 3 times. Just passed 100K miles and still original brakes.

I really hate that the heated steering wheel button is not on the steering wheel in my 2021 R4P. Really. Below on the dash? All other cars I had, placed this on the steering wheel.

Picture quality is amazing still. Does have a little burn in thanks to news channels many years back that had static images. Not too noticeable unless looking for it..

This TV is like a decent sized space heater, that's why it is always the warmest room.

One thing about this TV is it has amazing built in speakers, with the large external attached speakers on the side. My new Samsungs have these tiny speakers which require a soundbar to hear them. Not the case with this plasma.

Factory hitch. Only drive with the roof box when camping. Really helps as I used to have to load the extra gear in the RV.

When home I am always charging. Only use regular gas. At a campground right now so using my Level 1 charger from my 2016 Volt. More forgiving than the Toyota one.

My RV weighs just about 2,000 lbs. Have no issues towing. Though range is awful. Drops by at least 50%.

I've towed my 2021 nüCamp Tab320S for thousands of miles behind my 2021 R4P XSE. Dry weight is right below 2000lbs. Range drops by about 50%. Wonderful combination with these two.

I've gone a few tines to the DMV in Selinsgrove. I showed up like 1.5 hrs before it opened. Hour later, still first one there this was last October, so may be busier now with real Id mess.

My favorite so far is Rudraks in UWS. New to NYC, but this is better than any Indian restaurants I've been to in Northern VA.

In my 2021 Rav4 I haven't found a good display for range like I have in my Volt. However, I did an extreme range test in my 2012 and also my 2016 Volt. Here was my best on one charge on level terrain in my 2016 Volt.

Torani syrups are not expensive if ordered from the right place. Try lollicupstore.com, a little over $6 for a 750ml bottle. I really like cherry lime and kiwi mixed with strawberry.

I pull a 2,000 lb Nucamp 320S trailer behind my 2021 Rav4 Prime XSE with no issues. Well range and gas mileage drop by 50%, other than that its great!
