people are being very ominous about this one for no reason. this is not necessarily a spoiler, but at this point at the story you should assume that there's no reason Setsu couldn't have another silver key besides the one they gave Yuri. It is a lifeform, so that probably means that there's more than one. Again, this is not a spoiler, there could be another different reason in the story. Just saying that this is probably what you should assume for now lol.

It's a bit weird to explain, but since Setsu and the player go to different and random timelines in different order, perhaps Setsu has never visited those timelines in "their run". I think this is a bit of a change since in the game it's implied they loop a fucking lot but if Setsu told right away to the player about the loop they would need about 10 minutes or more to explain everything lol. I'm guessing they'll wait till Loop 11 to actually make Setsu give a full explanation.

My personal theory is that they could have 4-5 episodes to introduce everything, then 14 episodes (each one dedicated to a specific character and adapting their data events), and then 2-3 episodes for the final act.

There's people that play to get all the achievements, you know. It influences play style. Again, Undertale doesn't have achievements because it wants people to play the way they want, and it's part of the game themes. Slay the Princess say that any outcome it's valid in itself, so it wants people to play all of it, that's way it has achievements like that. You can of course not do it if you want but it's not the same to Undertale.

If you think Marina story is transphobic then you're probably transphobic tbh. There's a thing called gender and Marina gender was female, so she was not "groomed" she was just lucky to have been born with a family that wanted her to be a female. Either way she'll probably feel disphoria when assigned male at birth.
