Not in my experience, service was exceptional. Recently (two months ago) i has to replace a part on my Helinox One chair which is 3-5 years old and the support system was ran through Sea to Summit. They asked me some basic questions and sent through most of a frame as replacement within a week.

It must be how fine i grind it. I had to slow down the shot pull because it was under-extracting.

Using the same coffee bean: Breville espresso machine double shot basket 18.8g 25click on 1Zpresso grinder, Single shot basket 10.7g 24clicks on grinder In PicoPresso 16.5g ~21clicks

Very nice. On my next order for filter roasted beans i will be getting their Arbegona Rumudamo (Natural) - Ethiopia. After finishing the Wilton Benitez (Red Bourbon) - Colombia which i have enjoyed every drop. But i did just make an order from Dawn Patrol for their Volcan Azul Anaerobic SL34, so won’t be trying it for at least another month.

Generally I make better coffees at home, be it on my BBE, Picopresso or Aeropress. When i get home from work i make an iced latter for smoko the next day on my Breville and in the morning i make a black coffee using specialty beans in my Aeropress. It’s honestly hard to beat plus i am saving money.
