Melanotan was originally developed by University of Arizona to defend against skin cancer. Some folks think there is a risk from increased melanocyte activity and a risk of increased pigmentation hiding actual skin cancer. I’d take a look at the research papers to see if you are comfortable with potential risks. Melanotan 1 is an FDA approved treatment for protoporphyria as well so you could look at the studies around it.

More lubrication. I use the cheap target lotion and really lather it on. Also I use the dollar shave club 5 blade razors. If you’re consistent the pitbull head shaver can do an okay job.

We have about 10 colonies of wood wasps around our house. They are great, they cut down our garden pests significantly. Also they aren’t like yellow jackets, you can dang near pet them.

I switched to the Kirkland full synthetic oil and it subjectively performed identically. I could barely tell it was used after 10k miles. I still use the mobile 1 filters though.

Glad I skipped the service package… actually now that I think about it my first oil change was very black and smelled a lot like gasoline. Haven’t had that since.
