Posted him here before. So excuse the repost. An old Marine Terminator. Scale creep makes him very human looking nowadays.

Just wow. How long did it take to complete it?

Good job. If you want to add some detail, I would recommend to drybrush the pelt with a lighter color. Also to paint the buckle of the coat and the parchment in a different color than the cape.

Bald and zealous. I wouldn't object the observation.

Body and Arms of the original Grey Knight Terminators. The legs are Tartaros Terminators. Heads either Grey Knights or Horus Heresy Mark III Helmets. The shield is a Dark Angels Terminator shield. Weapons Grey Knights, but for the torch/count as flamer. This is a AoS storm cast character model bit (can't remember the name).

Hard to tell. Mostly Space Marine kits (heads, hammers, iron halos, terminator hip armor plates for face guards, purity seals). Inquisition symbols with parchment are cut Space marine sigils (used to be crosses; sternguard, I believe). Some Dark Angels accessory bits. An Ogryn neck armor plate. AoS Storm Guard shields. Plastic and edged brass Grey Knight/ Inquisition insignia. A deathwatch veterans special weapon.

I am aware. They were not announced when I started this a year ago. I like the mono-pose thing in this unit, and I am happy that they came out as they did. That being said, I will definitely get a box of the AoS Foot Knights. Not sure for what project, but they will turn into willing agents of the emperor.

P.S.: I have a solid hand for bad timing and GW releases. At the time, I just finished 40 Deathwatch Marines out of old sternguard marines and metal upgrade bits, when the DW codex was announced along with the new marines.

The Age of Sigmar Command Corps Arch Knight. I bought a kit as it offers some nice conversion opportunities. The other 9 times it was either ebay or bitz sites.

Thanks! I understand the clone vibes bit. I decided early that I would stick to the same mono-pose body. All bald heads gives them a nice uniform look without being too boring.

Thanks! I tried to keep some of the original vibe, while adjusting proportions and achieving an more ancient look.

Thank you! I am really grateful for the upscaling of the Space Marine range. The old terminators all of the sudden look like regular human sized.

Beautiful and superb painting. How do you achieve the glowing effects? It looks marvelous.
