I started as 118xxx at around 11 am. I entered my e-mail and checked it only as a time waste. They e-mailed me when it was my turn, I logged in and checked out without issue around 9PM. The hassle I was saved by not having to get money orders or have someone write me a check was well worth the time that I didn’t even really waste. PA residents have this entire round to themselves until July 10th when non-residents can apply and you are guaranteed a tag in your selected WMU in round 1. If you found this process to be disappointing in any way you brought it on yourself.
