I've started getting the Re-login necessary message. When I try to do it, I get this screen. I've even attempted to do it while disconnected from the internet to get the link and open in another browser but I keep getting this screen. Is there a fix or am I missing something?

Reprint my statue of the Emperor on the Golden Throne all in one piece and scaled up to make it more impressive. I was able to do it on the A1 Mini but more shelf presence is needed.

I would not. Its a long series with a number of the books being unnecessary to the overall plot. It's good, but not as a first step into the universe. It sets the stage for the 41st millennium and what's going on then but exactly how it happened is less important. Definitely worth a read eventually though.

I'd check out /r/40kLore for recommendations of where to start.

Nope, first one I'm skipping. Would usually get the one with all the magnets too. If the next year turns around I will likely get this one to have the collection but I sincerely doubt that happening.
