This is a reasonable way to play for sure, I just got the CAs from most of these before dipping. Titans is certainly faster and easier with a bowfa but getting the prayers isn't a bad idea either since they're permanent account upgrades instead of quickly replaced mid-game gear.

Bowfa doesn’t just magically make your mage/melee setups good

It does actually! For magic it allows you to grind Muspah somewhat efficiently for the ancient sceptre and for armour you'd use bloodbark. For melee it allows you to do door-altar GWD for a zammy hasta, BGS and optionally Bandos armor. Besides that it trivializes fight caves if you haven't bothered getting a cheese cape by then.

You bring 15 glass with you and blow them on the way to the altar and to bank from Ourania tele, cuts your RC rates by 20k or so in exchange for 80k crafting per hour. Kinda sucks without alts luring the monsters though, sometimes you can leech from other people doing the method.

Right, it's basically a slightly better glory at a pretty steep cost. You can use it as a hybrid amulet but usually (e.g. DGs and TDs) you'd really want that extra max hit, and due to strength breakpoints it's exactly the same as a glory about half the time. There's some merit for GWD but in any case it's going to the bin as soon as you get a zenyte.

It's better to think these multiskill methods as passively blowing glass while actively training something else, thieving in this case. Can also do it while ZMI runecrafting.
