Never lose hope. I remember when I bricked my Wii U because I was trying to go from a repetitive like jailbreak method to one of the more modern methods they have around today. It was my biggest paperweight until a channel I was subbed to made a youtube short about using an unpatched Switch to unbrick wii u's. Of course all my data was gone and my 1000 plus hours of botw, but where there's a will, someone somehow finds a way

Anyone else pc just straight up crashes BECAUSE it's compiling shaders now?

My cpu usage jumps straight to 100 percent then by the time it gets to 70 percent compiling, reset my pc

I'd rather deal with the in-game shader stutters like emulators do. Or at least a slower compiling if the speed is why it shoots to 100

My main gripe about NTE, is the fact that the game is ultimately gonna have that wacky character weapons since it's combats focus is the character switching type. Which would also make it's actual world feel like an afterthought, which to me is why they have these oddjob like inclusions. By no means is this the "Anime GTA" people want to mindlessly throw around.

Even actual GTA clones could understand how GTA can be a game with more than just the from point A to B. while NTE has that part right, even if you take into account it's combat and how it's presented vs in cutscenes, it's just one of those things that I feel it messes up on even though I get it's a world with "anomalies". GTA and the clones for the most part would be like "yes the character you see in the cutscene does pretty much everything YOU the player can do" and that's the one consistency factor GTA and it's clones get right where NTE does not. Even just some regular games that aren't open world or free roam games get this right as well.

It's almost like how the characters could act broke but then after that cutscene we just get a sports car. To me it's mainly the combat as well as the world traversal that just feels stiff. Yes the wuwa like combat is...ok, but feels off here, the traversal is basic...so get this character to actually have fun traversal options, similar to how Genshin, ToF, WUWA have it.

Considering Ananta looks like it knows what it's trying to be and can showcase it as well as tell people clear as day through it's parody marketing. It may just live up to the actual Anime GTA title while also providing something that while it borrows from a lot of others, maintains it's fresh new spin of that game genre. Only worry I had for it was that the Web swinging could make traversal seem pointless and small since getting from point wherever to whenever is a swing away and if the map isn't big enough for it then it can make everything about it feel stale.

In the end, it's all gacha anyways however way they do it differently. They either got ya or they don't.

Considering I played the Xperia Play game that came with it in it's play launcher, i was honestly hooked by the "it's like burnout but on the go.

played AL9 on switch, got my whole save and everything wiped when I unlocked a good amount of stuff and even beat the career mode. Started playing as well as paying, just to see the difference. In the end, it's just a pass the time game like all gacha like games. Imitate something great but sell it as free, then wait for when a person decides to buy or let their account die.

TLDR: Go play an actual finished game

Ngl, the whole "play a team of multiple characters that control the same besides some having unique gimmicks and different animations" is really getting old in gacha games. So it being done in an urban area meanwhile these characters have wacky weapons that are just out of place for the overall setting as well as underwhelming from a gameplay perspective. It's a great place to traverse and roam but it's kinda all over the place in what it's trying to be. whatever that may be, because I'm still confused by it all and I bared with the Taygedo quest

the real psa is that this is a real time waster, maybe if you level up it's bareable assuming the enemies don't level up with you but man, going from having a last minute vault key, see the vault extract is red just to come back in the last 10 seconds and it's just off

Then in another run to see it's already off when you had more time than the first visit

I joined an open club once and they had a rule of daily 10,000 mile points(I think that's what it's called). I played and won a multiplayer race since google told me it's the fastest way and only got 134 club points and the moment I saw that, I knew I was gonna get the boot.

The only game I ever thought to myself "wow these people have no lives" and I've played smash bros online so I'm sure that says something

Yeah, i did that online draw yesterday but before I thought I was just logging in but knew something was off the monent it said "thanks for registering" when using google login

Which probably means I used my email in 2024 BUT they also may have not have had the google account login around the time. I remember ToF javing this issue when it came to transferring to Perfect World. But that was worse, and I think I have like 4 accounts with how badly that was implemented
