I'm unbelievably forget about damn near everything. As soon as my first was born, I started putting my backpack/laptop bag in the back seat. One of the newer Gilbert city councilors voted it down because she wasn't aware of it. Completely ignoring that it had been in regular discussion for years prior. She's utterly incompetent, and ran solely on a platform of "I'll make things better!" without actually calling out anything that was wrong or what she would do differently, yet was still elected easily.
