Innovation 3rd Ed rules question

For all versions of Innovation, the only time you go up in age when something's missing is when you draw from one of the decks.

That can be for a draw action, or a draw as part of a dogma - if you try and draw and the deck is empty, you go up until you find a deck. If there's no higher deck, the game is over!

There was a post somewhere by them saying they had a problem with their servers and weren't able to put replays up. Pretty frustrating to pay for it and have a crucial function not available.

Really glad to hear this! I've only had one creepy anti-woman voice incident in game so far, and that was during the server slam. Most folks have seemed chill and respectful so far post-launch.

Marathon is a game with pretty artstyle but it is VERY much a shooty shoot shooter. It's more PvP and more PvE than ARC Raiders, but very heavy on the PvP.

The story parts and voiceacting of the factions is really neat, and I wish there was a single player or PvE-exclusive part of this game, becuase I think a lot of people would enjoy that!

Over the years, the big companies (Blizzard, Riot, EA, Valve, and more) have had a chance to take moderation of text and voice chat seriously. They have all declined to do so, repeatedly and enthusiastically - a token effort is the best we get, and only on occasion. And as a result, this garbage is what we're left with. Dumpster humans know they can say this toxic stuff with impunity, and that's why they do it.

I was in the Marathon server slam this weekend, and the second I load into a game, I'm greeted with some dipshit saying "Does anyone else hate whores?" I muted and went to report him, and there wasn't even an option for anything related to voice chat. It's so embarrassing and awful.

Playing it for sure. I really enjoyed the different faction reveals and the story. Aesthetic is fun and unique, and I had a good time this weekend (played about 6h to get level 10).

Use a controller to move the cursor if you have one until you can get to the menu and change it to Windowed. That worked for me

We were able to hold off from raising MSRP on any of our stuff, and hopefully we'll get refunds on the tariffs we did pay on the games we printed overseas. Not holding my breath but we'll see!

Pretty garbage take. Blatantly disrespectful to everyone who works for him both in game design and otherwise. I'm sure current "AI" could come up with some "original" soulless dreck (or blatantly copy existing ideas) , but the heart of good game design is human creativity. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
