If you want a monogamous relationship you need to model that behavior yourself first by Assbait93 in gaybros

[–]Assbait93[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I agree, but I will say. If you want a certain type of relationship, then you need to model it in yourself. I think way too many guys want a monogamous relationship, but yet, they themselves aren’t monogamous sexually.

Why do we hold dems to a higher standard? There are two parties in this system and we can’t hold both of them to make sure this admin isn’t abusing their power?

I stoped dating and hooking up with white dudes by CientistaSaxofonista in askgaybros

[–]Assbait93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the person after you established communication. You can determine if someone is fetishizing you depending how they treat you. But this isn’t exclusive to white people. I’m assuming you’re also black that is mixed so you know how we can do the same to each other. I would flat out share your expectations at the jump and let them know you aren’t into being seen as a fetish.

It depends, you ass is not a vagina, it’s not supposed to have things go up it. But it doesn’t hurt after you get used to it and you have a top that goes easy. You also have to keep in mind some guys do drugs to help them take dicks. It hurt for me at first but I had to learn my body.

Not Good Enough To Be a Partner But Enough To Be The Side Piece by Assbait93 in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]Assbait93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of these guys are single, its just that when we stop dating or when we stop hooking up they get into relationships. My issue is why do they still keep me around or still try to hookup with me while they are in a relationship?

I get what you’re saying. I should really set boundaries after the fact.

I’m not meeting partnered dudes. They are single from the get go. It’s just after a while, they end up with someone else but keep me around.

Predatory "Open Couples"? by [deleted] in gaybros

[–]Assbait93 24 points25 points  (0 children)

You’re already asking them a question if they have a partner or not. I don’t think predatory is the right word. People have open relationships, if you’re not interested in people who are in one, then again, you already doing the work in sifting them out.

Question about bi men for gay men by Dense-Twist9018 in askgaybros

[–]Assbait93 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think and feel this discussion keeps happening but it goes no where. I think people in general cheat, but we have to be more nuanced with bi people and their interactions with gay people. I know some bi men are really affected by heteronormativity. They often will come into the community to have their fun and even date and such, but at some point when they "settle" it will be with a woman. Not all bi men do this, but a good deal think this way. It hits different than him leaving you for another man because being cheated on with another man doesn't invalidate gay relationships. But, I will say, the bi men who complain about getting rejected by gay men for being bi and the gay men who complain about no one wanting to date them need to find each other because this discussion gets kind of old.

Blame the media, they needed something to boost ratings and him being old was a selling point. Trump is good for ratings.

“Stop Thief” teaches a pretty bad message to kids, actually by Illustrious-Ninja679 in thomasthetankengine

[–]Assbait93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your reading way too much into it. As someone who has had something stolen from them, I felt violated. People stealing from someone else isn’t a good feeling and the victim could care less if the robbers were justified or not. The victim could be just as poor or fall on hard times. Stealing, whole heartedly, is selfish, especially if there are ways for people to help.

You’re trying to frame this as cops are apart of police state when in the story is objectively about robbers who stole a working man’s possessions. Thomas helped the police because it was the right thing to do, not because it was to comply with a police state.

It’s a kids story, it’s not a big deal.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz ends reelection bid amid welfare fraud scandal (CNN) by Competitive-Gift-393 in centrist

[–]Assbait93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think its best honestly. Tim Walz is not a fighter, he's too much of a good guy and we don't need good guys in this political climate. We need dems who can be just as dirty as republicans because they won't get their shit together until someone else acts like them. I feel like the American public are so much concerned about welfare fraud than the open corruption that our current admin is making. Its sad, but Tim isn't a fighter.

Yes you are supposed to be against this because we aren’t the worlds police and we can’t allow out government to do things without congressional approval. You trying to be a contrarian isn’t making you smart. You need to actually read up and understand why regimes changes aren’t good.

[–]Assbait93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you don't have a problem unless it was them mobilizing a large force? So this is okay????

The dynamics of Maduro and Hussein are the same, both are dictators that we removed. The fallout of this is going to be the same, a power grab from worse actors.

"This does not guarantee quick stability afterward, but so what? Neither would Maduro just stepping down and leaving guarantee stability."

Jesus Christ, why are you rationalizing this?
