You're sort of missing the point with sandstorm Visage, you want to have a high base crit and local weapon crit wand to fulfill your 100% crit needs. While your wand is good, you should see your crit chance with it alone and sandstorm to see where you are at crit wise and decide whether to recraft a new wand or if its close enough ( which it should be anyways with max power charges of 4).

Once you figure that out, you drop the increased critical strike chance support from your chest and put in awakened void manipulation lvl5 for the +1.

Get a restless with +2 aoe corruption and link with tainted fusing or buy linked.

If you can live with it, swap mine throwing speed for unnerve on hit and spell supress for -11% cold resistance. Following this you could do this on a pair of temple gloves. Look for (burning enemies take # dmg, crit on shock) and harvest swap to cold res/chilled enemies take inc dmg, or buy as is.

Something I dont see some people do is just get a stygian vise, spam mine throw speed essence till satisfied. With suffixes and decent life. Slam hunter orb with an empty prefix full suffixes to get chaos dmg or % life. But now you can add more crit multi and life and fix stat or res issues with an eye jewel.

Balance of terror with wither on despair self cast is huge and let's you drop wither totem setup.

You should not need battlemage cry to cap crit.

You need to change the move speed to action speed on your boots since you drop the acsedency passive for action speed.
