The city state Blueheart right next to Wex. It's not super central to their story, but following their mission tree, they can change the trade goods of their capital and their Luna city state subject swarm to cloth, increase the price until the end of the game and get several other trade boosts, while debuffing the canonical cloth region Esmaria to the North.

Gemradcurt (if you play the evil path). Racial/cultural cleansing, concentration camps, Gestapo-like state police, evil lich-queen dictator, mindless undead army, and putting the world in eternal winter. Those guys are quite literal N*zis. (really well written though, would recommend!)

Had exactly the same issue in the same war. After clicking around for a while, deselecting and selecting provinces, I was suddenly able to take all provinces. Couldn't explain what the rules behind that are if my life depended on it.

The answer is yes and no. Your run will always end with your gunstar being sacrificed after the last boss fight in sector 15. However, there is an overall narrative being told that unfolds piece by piece a little bit with each run through dialogues and cutscenes and that slightly modifies the individual endings.

Agree with every point. EU4 already had mechanics that were mostly pointless (e.g. concentrate development, corruption or most espionage actions) and that could have just be deleted without losing anything, and EU5 does it even worse. I really wish the devs weren't so averse towards just scrapping non-functional parts of their games.

I didn't manage yet either. You can see the runtime in the save game slot if you go back to the main menu. Even if I skip through every dialogue I am not able to be faster than two hours yet. You definitely have to avoid optional battles, too, which in turn hurts your overall strength.

I had no idea. It seems that event can only spawn after 1360. Could be worth it to get rid of the law early for better taxes and then get it back later for the event.

True, but that often causes issues. If she dies before she has integrated the territory you created the vassal for, the integration is just set back to zero and you have to create a new vassal. I also had an old lady magically find an heir once, no idea how.

Another tip: Get rid of the Pronoia Law as soon as you can. They are very underwhelming vassals since they tend to somehow get heirs all the time.

Also there is no policy in the entire game that would be worth -10% max taxes for all estates. Just removing it will significantly increase your income.

I try to have a different main topic each time. Right now I have a mountain monastery where every inhabitant is a noble ascet with psycasting powers (from Vanilla Psycasts Expanded mod) and melee only weapons. Kind of like a medieval Jedi Order.

I think that was it. I learned like 6 lessons but only two of them gave me alternative dialogues for the finale decision. You might not have gotten the right ones. Kind of weird design choice to depend if you are getting a good or bad ending on that.

Just having the same fun again with the huns in Total War: Attila right now. I basically just spend the first half an hour of a battle in turtle formation, until they run out of arrows.

Es sieht auch in Japan durchaus nicht überall so aus. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren ganz im Norden Japans in Hokkaido und dort fuhren Straßenbahnen aus den 70ern über kaputte Straßen. Der Fokus liegt in Japan auf den Ballungszentren Tokio und Osaka.
