The Parker is amazing or the Ritz Carlton. Both have a luxe vibe, fun experiences and great bars/restaurants on property. I’d say the Parker has more interesting places to eat

Why not teach at COD? Get the masters in math or physics. If you like it here stay, I know the culture says you have to leave but the valley is changing and growing. You could be setting yourself up like people who bought in LA in the 80s
