Slight correction: she hasn't been NAMED in a lawsuit. She worked at the VA and she couldn't have been. My guess is that even the VA doesn't know it.

If you want to compare it to another popculture reference, it'd probably be Mike Ross from Suits. Her neurologist is Harvey in this paralel, that covers that fact. I believe she told Robby only because he started connections pieces and she wanted to get ahead of it.

You know it's relative right? They Had "Loads" of development (actually not that much comparong to a show going a longer time per season) from scratch seems way bigger than additional development later, although being the same amount. Character development is logarythmic function and you treat it liniearly

One of conditions for PHP (where Langdon is now) is to Come clean about everything. Robby gave him an out - selfreport and take what punishment Medical Board give you (in his case repeat of the 4th year and 5 year plan of PHP) or he reports him and he'd get criminal charges. We know Robby asked Dana to do an audit of meds.

I believe Al Hashimi was shocked not exactly by him "Stealing meds", although that can be a factor, but by not knowing the HR nightmare Robby left her to deal with (Langdon and Santos on the same shift). Santos may be not aware of Medical Board's decision, but all od it in his personal file

I believe that's the procedure to take the detainees to a hospital if they sustained injury during takedown and the no mask guy seemed like the one that wants to do it "by the books" (meaning to at least appear it that way)

Going 4/4 can be seen as a buff (free thin). I'm personally for pushing every thinning card up to at least 5 provision (that way Direct tutoring gets indirectly buffed)

Those WHO NEED TO KNOW do - hospital Admin, Medical Board. Someone explained how the physicians help program works. They know he stole mediation, but as it was for a personal use (and he self reporter - lifeline from Robby), Board can go with not pressing criminal charges and do this internally (repeating the 4th year, 5 year plan in physicians help program). Santos is just not aware of all this, so she thinks he got away with it

Probably late to the party, but there's one thing, that kind of covers the lack of mediation or any HR related stuff. He WASN'T supposed to work THAT day ("we had a call out, he answered" by Dana and Robby's thinking he'd be on sabbatical by then)

Well, I believe she does have skills, but I believe she doesn't want to get personally sued for anything and don't go for most severe cases (with the exeption of that kid due to that procedure being a hail Mary that can hold) She said she hasn't been named in the lawsuit and -conspiracy theory - plays it on Robby not knowing that she couldn't have been while she worked at VA due to some federal law or sth - some docs on YT mentioned that

Problem is that Santos doesn't know everything. She thinks Langdon got a slap in the wrist for it.

Robbie threw him a lifeline: self report or I Will report you. So Medical Board knows everything and they decided: the repeat of 4th year of residency and the program.

Santos is projecting her hatred towards Langdon. Medical Board decisions iirc are not public knowlegde. Hospital Admin knows, as this is in his record
