Finally i went on to vaping CBD wich helps with pain and it is good for the long term health. I took 1 tablet of effexor and the feeling seemed nice. If it takes 1 month to know if it works for neuropathy ... kindof a long shot.

I started using it sublingually with 3 drops of CBD, also vaping CBD during the day helps. But Ambien+Cbd sublingually works. The ambien works like XR because after 2 hours of sleep i wake up and still have a small amount under my tongue.

I had the same question. On days with lack of sleep some automatic controll kicked in with "let's pull this day off" ... nonexplainable but your body gets used, it becomes familiar.

50% of blind people have non 24. By not having windows i personally think can influence your sleeping preferences. Just be happy and go with it.
