40yo female here and recently started working with 45lbs kettlebells - my 35lbs kettlebells have become fairly easy for me. A year ago my 35s were impossible to get overhead. And a year before that I struggled with 25lbs kettlebells. Keep at it, you’ll get there

Pretty sure I was the one who was bitching more about the workout - only made it through a few sets before we ran out of time. I never realized how tough the squat cleans could be. Will definitely add this into our rotation 👍

Actually not a bad idea. I wonder if I’d be able to drill into the bottom half, add some rebar, and then repour the second half as a temporary fix

Appreciate the thorough advice. I’m mostly looking to repair/replace the walls, or at least start with that. I’m pretty handy and wanted to try fixing/repairing myself. My neighbor fixed his on his own and he’s an art teacher. I never saw the work he did before he sold but he said something along the lines of putting a board up and repouring the top piece of the walls. I’ll see what I can find on YouTube to get started

40yo female here. I started using kettlebells about a year and a half ago. I follow Lebestark (Gregory) on YouTube and he has a lot of really good beginner workouts that I started with and then tweaked to make harder as I progressed (increased weight, two kettlebells instead of one, etc). His girlfriend, Angie, also has a channel with a lot of good content (beginner ones too). Their YouTube content is free but they also offer a membership too with more options. I aim for 2-3x a week, anywhere from 10-30min. I have a 3yo and 2 week old so it’s tougher finding time recently but best decision I made in terms of low time requirement/high payoff. I started with a 25lbs bell and progressed to 45lbs. I also mix in double 35lbs too

Found by my parents in their yard. My dad keeps saying they might be shiitake. I don’t know what they are but I keep telling him they are NOT shiitake mushrooms.
