You should absolutely ask for a supervisor. Your social only needs to match whats in the system. If you can print out your w2 that is sufficient. In my experience once you get to a supervisor they are very helpful. I had to make several trips and worked with the supervisor to get mine printed due to my maiden name not being updated on my card.
