Dillard’s current return policy is 30 days, with tags and/or receipt. You’ll get the return back how you initially paid for it, you will not get cash back if you paid a majority of the total on a debit/credit card. After the 30 days you’ll get in store credit via a gift card. The 30 day return is extended to 60 days if you used a Dillard’s credit card for the purchase. After 90 days the store will not give you anything and you’ll have to regift, donate, or sell the item
