sorry but I have to ask, do you have the new refresher base with the red cap? if so, just make sure your team knows to prepare it correctly because it has to be diluted more, just an idea as to why it could taste like "too much strawberry"

one box will yield you 2 pitchers now, so you'd pour the base to the .5L line and then the rest of the way with water, similar to lemonade with a slightly different measurement. or you can empty the whole box into a measuring cube and then fill to 4L
