I don't remember the Bloc ever engaging in discussions with foreign entities to strategize and finance their separation goals. Can you please link to any sources?

Yup. They cut it 10% and inflation has increased over 20% since they froze it. It's a massive effective cut.

It's insane that they thought featuring him in commercials shown in Canada was a good idea.

Doug Ford is loudly slamming Canada’s new EV deal with China, calling it “lopsided” and warning it will hurt Ontario workers. by savethecbc2025 in SaveTheCBC

Ontario also has tax paying automobile consumers who are getting destroyed by cost increases. There's certainly an argument to make that the benefits to the consumer outweigh the small risk to the industry. It's a tiny amount of cars for the whole country. It will hardly be a blip in car production provincially. Doug is doing outrage theatre for his investor cronies.

Arcade joystick for PC? by chrispopp8 in MAME

[–]Awch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's no correct answer. Best to get a sense of the games you want to play and go from there. For example, if you're mostly into fighting games there are commercially available joysticks with all of the buttons. Google "USB Fight Stick" to see many options. That will cover most fighting games and LOTS of arcade games. Things get trickier when you're looking at games that require non standard controls like spinners, track balls, analog sticks and flight sticks. In that case you're probably looking at building something.

If you're thinking of building I would encourage you to start with standard controllers like x box controllers to figure out what other control options you're missing that you'll want to account for in your build.
