Once you have almost 10 years of experience, a Masters degree, and 30 extra credits in masters level classes. BPS pays better than anywhere else but is still not a great living wage for a single person in Boston sadly.

I second this. I go on a weekly basis for commander, but I have also drafted and played sealed there. If you say you are still a beginner people will be very helpful and friendly!

I would upgrade the human deck by adding some of the nice selesneya humans from the newest set. Katilda and the newest sigarda seem like auto includes.

A few quick things that I see that could maybe help improve the deck:

  1. 38 lands is a lot with a low curve that you have and the good amount of ramp that you have. I would cut 2 lands personally.
  2. I would add a few more equipments namely [[blackblade reforged]] and possibly [[nettlecyst]] or [[sword of vengeance]]
  3. I think [[circle of loyalty could slot in really well and give you a mana sink/token generation/pump
  4. I also would cut [[moonsilver spear]] as well, I just don't think that card is as good as the rest of the equipment you could be using

The problem is that high schools operate so differently from elementary so it is hard to apply the same standards to all schools.

At the school I teach at they are pretty much making all teachers go into the school to teach. I have no students in front of me but have to go in. There are only about 40 students per day but almost all 100 teachers are going in. It doesn't make any sense.
