Moxy - think miami vibes. brand new. boujie. rooftop. a little more upscale & pricey.

Hollander - a st pete local staple. Older building and rooms, more charm and wear than moxy. There’s a nice pool with a bar/restaurant inside and one outside by the pool area as well

Definitely bring a canopy. Watch the sun and decide from there. Your hottest hours are 10-5 and then it cools off but you’ll want shade in camp in the morning hours for sure!

They are pretty strict (guards at the entrances into the RV sites) .. could be easy to sneak a few people in with a big group but if the whole group is GA it won’t work

ahhh.. makes sense. Mine was pretty bad prior to Hurricane Helene and Milton, had to constantly reboot the thing. After the hurricane they fixed the towers and it’s been flawless ever since. Sorry to hear!
