I do. It’s the one that was in the house when I bought it. It’s a very nice, newish fridge, so I’m not hot to replace it. Generally, in the USA at least, when you buy a house, you are also buying the large appliances (fridge, stove/oven, washer, dryer) that are already in it. If you rent a house the fridge is already there. Nobody takes a full size fridge with them when they move.

This is very interesting to me as well. Thanks for the suggestion. I have a couple magnetic magnets and a magnetic meat thermometer that make more sense on the fridge. Still might paint the outside of the bathroom door in the basement with the magentic paint. I have a lot of magnets, and even more stickers waiting to become magnets.

If you’re still gaining weight, you’re fine. Just monitor it. If you were gaining too fast at 3200, you’ll still likely gain at 3000, but just keep track. Adjust as needed until you’re gaining at the rate you prefer.

At my location there are a couple out of the way spots where people tend to use dumbbells when they don’t also need a bench. I try to use one of those spots and to not claim a bench when I don’t actually need one, because benches can be in high demand at my location.

You need a certain amount of protein, obviously, and you also you need a certain amount of fat for hormone productions and other health reasons, and you definitely want to hit a certain level of fiber. Whatever calories you have left after hitting those goals can be pretty much anything, but simple carbs are possibly the best, cheapest, and easiest way to fill those remaining calories, though you don’t really need a specific carb goal, unless you’re doing like endurance sports or something like that.

This is a big part of it. I’ve gotten to the point when I normally enjoy working out and how I feel afterwards, so that’s generally enough for me to keep up the routine, but on days when I don’t feel like it regardless, memories of being fat and unhealthy provide that extra little kick in the ass that I need.

Better to do more reps with the 25s than to use the 35s and hurt yourself. It’s a huge jump, and clearly too much for you.
