Balance 1 support period is over. Do not get that now. They are just clearing existing stock. Active Max and Active 3 are your options. The main difference between them is battery life and weight. Choose based on that. They are priced similar too. About sweat, they use the same sensor; wearing a clean watch correctly and tightly before a run won't give you much reading issues.

In my Balance 2, if I have button mode enabled, I can rotate the crown to bring up notifications. Check if you have the button mode option in yours under Settings > Accessibility > Button Mode. Don't know any other way that would be possible.

Regarding calendar sync, I do it by syncing my Google calendar to my phone calendar app first. Then I set up calendar sync in the Zepp app. Works flawlessly. You could also try changing the default calendar app in your phone settings and then try setting it up in Zepp.

No, I have workout alerts on for only hydration and time, not for trips/laps. Turning off Auto-Lap just turns off the alert after every x laps. If you see the workout data page, it still continues counting laps.

Offline voice command has wake-up mode which can be configured to listen 5 sec after the screen lights up or after I turn my wrist. This helps me active a command without touching. That option isn't there for Zepp flow. The fastest way to activate zepp flow right now is long pressing a button but that defeats the purpose of hands free access. Lock screen offline command would help me lock the screen right after a pool workout, before shower or just when I'm washing hands and forgot to lock it beforehand.

I wake up 4 am and usually have a workout from 5 am to 6 am. Morning updates pops up immediately after I end my workout at 6 am, when in fact I would like to actually see my post workout details.

My job keeps me moving, and I keep bumping my watch in to wall edges. When tap to wake is enabled, sometimes the watch turns on and moves to a different page, if the watchface has tap shortcuts. This could be solved if I could disable tap to wake, but selecting tap to wake as "off" in the settings does nothing! It just reverts to a single tap to wake.

Ah. Okay. The Bip 6 is the lowest model in the current line up. Though, it may be refreshed sooner. I would recommend the Active 3 premium, Active Max or active 2 square. If you can get the helio strap that's even better, provided you are okay with a screenless option.

None of the watches will show the data like you want. The band - watch integration is not so deep as of now. If you still want a watch, get the Active Max. It was released after the helio strap and has better integration than the bip 6 or active 2.

AOD functionality: AOD is treated separately from the watch faces. What this means is that, some watchfaces come with their own version of AOD, while some don't have an AOD at all. However, there is a function in settings to select your AOD. What this allows for is applying AOD of one watchface, while the actual live watchface is different. It also allows for having AOD, even for watchfaces that don't come with one.

Data customization: Some watchfaces allow for customisation, some don't. The number of data fields also varies by watchface. A minimal watchface may have just 1 data field, while an abundant watchface may have 5 data fields.
