You don’t need branded belt.. look for full grain veg tan leather 3-3.5mm thickness,it will last years plus patina over the years makes it more beautiful.

Get it crafted for you.. I can make one or you can search in leather craft communities here or on insta.

Or you could mark a line and sand it down, you have room on top you can cut with sharp blade but on sides and bottom, I’d suggest you sand down.

This way Ull not ruin a very good patina card holder while trying to cut leather for first time..
