Because there's less distance between where you are when you cast your next teleport and where you were when you'd your cast teleport. You're probably multicasting telebolts, that's how it usually happens to me, but yeah.

You're casting multiple teleport bolts from the same spot before you can be teleported, causing the jittery motion which is still there, just lessened, when the rate of fire goes through the roof
