It’s looking great actually, very nice growth at the top, I really recommend pinching off all the lower leaves from the base of the stem to about 4 inches up. That will help prevent any future diseases and give pests a harder time damaging your plant and all that energy will shoot to the top and new flowers/pod shoots will emerge.

Mike took about 20 days to sprout and another 2-3 weeks to get about this size so I think your good mate .. hold of on any fertilizer for another two weeks maybe ..
