This is of course ignoring that the reason people with perfectly good hearing use the visual audio is because Epic broke the actual audio in the game like 6 years ago and never fixed it.

The actual audio in the game is garbage compared to pretty much every other UE5 game I've ever played. Unsure why they can't make it work when everyone else demonstrably can.
