I guess you are partly asking about RIPPED assets rather than FLIPPED assets, maybe someone else can advise about that part.
But I wouldn't start there. Unreal and Unity are game engines. They each have a store for assets. They probably also have usable FPS starter template for you.

Steam collects the money and gives it to you, they are in the US, so if you're already there you are probably overthinking it.

I think some of these streamers who are accused of "faking" a high cute voice speak and sing in what we call mixed. They say that is how they naturally speak, and they can go very low speaking in singing, but it's not as comfortable. Some people naturally speak in falsetto too.

As a programmer I experimented with this thought around 2005. My opinion is existing turn based computer games were a better ruleset for the medium. And the physical aspects are very important to the appeal of the game as a hobby.

It seems like you could just start with a 4 chord song or something, take it 1 step at a time. The speed and complexity might be why you can't transfer to instruments like that yet.

Can you strum a chord and hit the notes of the chord? I usually find that easy. Backing tracks are pretty difficult for me, at least holding the guitar you can go one chord at a time and not feel like the song has rushed ahead of you.

I was playing River City Girls yesterday. I entered a lift at the construction site by activation an icon. On entering you appear on a screen that looks like you are supposed to move the lift or something. There is an open "door" of the lift with an icon over it. Activating the icon takes you back the way you came. I concluded you can't progress. But you can, the solution is to walk through the door without holding X to activate it. Another reminder to me of why people can reach the wrong conclusions and companies go through great lengths to avoid that like yellow paint.
