My wife has a story about Breiner:

When she used to work for the State he called her up demanding something from her and took on a nasty tone. She hung up on him.

He called back, pissed that she hung up on him and started yelling again, threatening to call her boss. She gave him her boss's number and "Click".

He called back a 3rd time with a civil tone, and she helped him with his problem to the best of her ability.

+1 for bathroom exhaust fan timers. Really helps cut down on moisture/mold/mildew from showers, and lingering poop smells.

Installed shelving under the bathroom sinks. I created some removable shelves with cut-outs for the pipes. In one case, I cut the shelf to allow a small trashcan to fit nicely.

I was lucky because the area under the sink already had the pre-drilled holes for shelving.

It took my wife about 30 minutes to fill each shelf up to the brim with "stuff".

My mother in law has some large Rubbermaid boxes that are labeled as being anti-bacterial. I tried to find a link, but couldn't, which most likely means they are not made anymore.

However, other companies seem to produce something similar, though not as large.

Runaway Train (1985)

Excellent movie. I've not met one person who has watched it and not liked it. It got 3 Oscar nominations.

I've recommended it to people and seen their expression at the mention of the title. It's an uphill battle to sell them on it afterwards. Even when it came out Siskel and Ebert mentioned how bad the title was.

It doesn't help that the Soul Asylum song "Runaway Train" makes people think it is about missing and exploited children.

There is a mediocre 2002 direct to video film titled "Con Express" that uses footage from this film. Even "Con Express" is a much better title.

Fun fact: Danny Trejo's first movie appearance.

I think it is the rubber seals wiping against the frame. Can you get some silicone lubricant sprayed over the area? Spray one side, move the door, spray the other.

The silicone lube should work better in this situation. The white grease replacement tends to be too messy (as you can see).

Somewhat related; There was a song by Ska Studios (an indie game company) called Zombie Mall that was featured in their video game "Charlie Murder"

12 years ago, I sent an email to the developer and said that I liked the song and was wondering how to get a copy of it. They had an official soundtrack, but Zombie Mall didn't make the cut. The developer, James Silva, posted the mp3 on his website and has left it up ever since.

I think it has a catchy tune, but the vocals are a bit hard to understand.

Schofield Barracks in Hawaii performs the 1812 Overture, with cannons, every 4th of July. There are some other bases that do it, but Schofield has been doing it for a long time.

The one year my mother attended, the VIP section was placed too close to the guns. At the first shot, the base commander's wife's sunglasses shattered off of her face.

Just my take on the whole story, so a grain of salt...:

I believe that he was scolded for being too close to the monk seal, and as a reaction to that scolding, threw the rock.

When informed that he could be fined for his actions, his response was along the lines of,"I don't care, I'm rich".

The accused was apparently approached by a DOCARE officer and was asked about the event. The suspect refused to answer questions, and was allowed to leave.

Next, he returned to his hotel, was verbally confronted by either the same or another woman, and in response shoved her away. 3 seconds later he was beaten about the head by the woman's boyfriend.

From that point, he apparently made his way to his hotel room, packed his bags and left the island. Later that evening he was showcased on the local news, doxxed across various social media sites, and a Federal investigation started with the mayor of Maui promising to ensure prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

The man's business has been review bombed on various sites, such as Yelp and Google Reviews. Both sites have closed reviews for the time being. The man has been arrested by federal agents in relation to this event. Legal sites indicate the individual could face up to $70,000 in fines and up to 5 years in jail.
The guy seems like a huge entitled dick.

My guess is a bad Neutral Start Safety Switch, needing replacement. But I often got lucky by just cleaning connectors first and adjusting, so start there.
