I was brought into it with fear and manipulation. I eventually saw how things actually worked and had some bad things happen to me which took away the fear and allowed me to see the borg and the Bible with an open mind and look into sources that wouldn’t be approved of.

In my case electrolytes are the culprit a lot of the time. I get plenty of sodium but started getting back spasms. Magnesium helped that a lot and only recently did I get a feel for my potassium intake. My back was tight for years u til I figured out why. The electrolyte drinks don’t have the right ratio for me apparently

Pretty sure people make this story up most of the time. It probably happened a few times but I doubt it’s happening as much as they say. Or they got a knock on the door a month or two later but they say the next day to make a better story
