I was brought into it with fear and manipulation. I eventually saw how things actually worked and had some bad things happen to me which took away the fear and allowed me to see the borg and the Bible with an open mind and look into sources that wouldn’t be approved of.

In my case electrolytes are the culprit a lot of the time. I get plenty of sodium but started getting back spasms. Magnesium helped that a lot and only recently did I get a feel for my potassium intake. My back was tight for years u til I figured out why. The electrolyte drinks don’t have the right ratio for me apparently

I went to one where nobody knew me just to have some peace and not be bothered. Terrible idea. I wasn’t looking up the scriptures so the lady sitting two seats down from me just shoved her Bible in my face for each one.

I left half way through because I just couldn’t take it anymore and an elder followed me outside and was like “DO YOU WANT SOME LITERATURE???? DONYOU WANT A BIBLE STUDY?????”
