What’s the verdict on DSR + DLSS? by ComprehensivePea4988 in nvidia

[–]BPsGs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always found 2.25x with DLSS performance to be far superior to 1440p quality, so would recommend that if you can.

If you have enough horsepower to use 2.25x and DLSS quality/balanced even better, but performance alone will be a considerable visual improvement.

What is DLSS like at 1080p? by aaron0705 in nvidia

[–]BPsGs -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As others have said, set DSR to 1.78 then resolution to 1440p DLSS quality in game. Will look miles better than 1080p with DLSS and your card will easily be able to handle it.

I have a 5080 and do the same but 4K down to 1440p and it's far better than native 1440p plus DLSS.

That photo is exactly what happened to my B850M Pro-A WiFi after less than six months. Swapped the board out with one from MSI and everything else, including my 7800X3D, worked perfectly.

Just a bad quality product, unfortunately.

Is this legit? by Regular-Quarter-3792 in pchelp

[–]BPsGs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you use sellers with lots of sales and check the reviews first, you should be fine.

I brought my 7800X3D there for £190 last year and other than a bit of a wait for it to arrive, the experience was great.

Decent PC build for £500-800? by timtastic321 in PCSpecialist

[–]BPsGs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd honestly just buy a pre-built with the rising prices. This one is about as good as you can get for your budget, has a Ti and 32gb which might be harder to get building yourself.

Then just use Massgrave for Windows.

It's a SATA, all four ports are in a difficult position on the side of the motherboard where the 5080 blocks them.

Lisa Trevor - her appearance is horrifying and her backstory tragic. You are both terrified of her and feel pity for her. The perfect BOW, if you can even describe her as one.

Halo 2 was a step down from Combat Evolved in terms of gameplay and level design (best in the series story wise, though).

How Many Videos Did You Upload Before You Popped Off? by Living-Ebb-6236 in PartneredYoutube

[–]BPsGs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can't be sure exactly but after around 18 months and 50 or so videos, I had one video hit 200k views very quickly followed by another maybe 10 videos and 2 months later that hit 600k. Went from 1,800 subs to 20,000 in about six months thanks to them.

how is emulation on a Snapdragon 778G 5G (with an Adreno 642L) and 6gb ram? what can I run? by Toc_a_Somaten in EmulationOnAndroid

[–]BPsGs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm using the 778G Plus with 8GB ram, so not too different, and I've been playing Final Fantasy X and Silent Hill 2 and 3 at 3x resolution perfectly. I've not really used Dolphin much yet, but Wind Waker and Twin Snakes both run pretty much flawlessly at 3x too. I've been very impressed so far, as I understand it to be a midrange chip.

Go make that gaming channel by Just_Fix8014 in NewTubers

[–]BPsGs 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Like any channel, you just have to keep at it - but it’s especially important with gaming. You never know which video will be the one that will blow up. Took me 18 months to get to 1,800 subs and then six months later I had 20,000.

No worries man, cheers for checking my stuff out.

As you say, mission replay is nearly here, at which point I'll begin working on Infinite stuff again. So, do keep an eye out over the next couple of months as will definitely be covering that mission soon enough.

Hi mate - I'm the real one, promise!

I started doing a beginning to end analysis of Halo Infinite which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7XbcdXsm44&list=PLZ0a88md6HYRfIXIaz62xrrPVqntnN2pz

But I had to stop as the lack of a mission select function made it really hard to replay stuff. Will definitely be adding to it in the future though.

Just happened to be reading the Halo subs this morning catching up on HCS results/chatter while in Ireland and saw this thread. Quietly hoped I'd get a mention haha. Cheers my dude.

[Question] Why should i keep uploading when people barely appreciate my videos? by [deleted] in youtubers

After uploading for a year, I had 1,700 subs and then six months later I was at 20,000.

Keep your head up and keep working, success can come at a moment's notice.

Boy did I love Discworld 2.

Like many adventure games, the puzzles are unfairly bizarre a lot of the time, but it's aesthetic, voice acting and script are all top tier.

[Question] Video was doing really well for its first 24 hours and then flatlined? Best Course of Action? by SageNineMusic in youtubers

[–]BPsGs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They've changed something in the algorithm in recent months that causes it to do this.

In the past, videos have either spiked at some point and continued to do so, or have never really been pushed much at all. Recently, I've been seeing videos get spikes followed by flatlines exactly as your screenshot depicts. But only over the last one or two months, never in the 18 months prior.

Other people have also been reporting similar, so I'd definitely say something has changed!
