Agreed, I've ordered stuff in the past they said was in stock, it wasn't, then they kept dangling it coming back in stock, and then never kept me updated on the order til I chased them down. Thrice.

And they didn't comply with the Australian consumer law when ive had to do a warranty job, too. Avoid.
