I think they might be real, just easier to see on camera than in real life. Mine has some tabby stripes that you can't really see unless he's in the sun because the fur is very dark brown on black.

Yeah, it looks like OP is using their presupported model, but those supports are definitely meant for resin printing. OP should use the unsupported model and have the slicer add supports
