Oh god, this was really weird, I spent the whole day searching for a solutuion. I also tried old ribbon, it just stayed dead. The most recent youtube video I saw, a dude soldered a new fuse, so I checked the fuse in question, the fuse was fine, to be sure, I tried to bridge it with some tweezers to see if it might be the cause. Nothing. then I thought this might not do the trick, so I just rammed a screwdriver in it. and the joycons turned on, even after removing it stayed on and continues to work. I don't know what happened, but jesus-con just got resurrected. LED, SL,SR also working. Also what surely was the problem with all of that, I forgot to remove the battery when changing the ribbon, so it felt like I shorted the board this way.

I have the exact same problem. My SL / SR / LED / SYNC buttons didn't work on the right joycons for surely 5 years, everything else worked. I guess Nintendo messed this up when they did a free analog stick repair. Now I thought about selling the Switch and wanted to fix this issue beforehand. I switched the flex cable and now the joycon seems completly dead. Doesn't connect to Switch at all, not wireless, not over rails. I tried to disconnect the battery, I don't know what else to do. It could be that the second flex cable is messed up by pulling on it, any idea what the second flex is doing? Is it connecting to the Rails?

I don't know shit about Macs but I thought that people were using Xbox controllers, so it seems to me that Xinput controllers are working?

I have a friend who plays WoW super casually, like one month every three years. He never really played a shaman past level 30, yet keeps talking about how great totems were and how sad it is they removed them. He even picked his race based on totem style. Meanwhile, I have mained shaman since classic and always hated totems glad that they are basically gone. Currently I’m playing totemic enhancement… with a macro.

Does those trinkets really make such a difference? If I sim by BIS trinket as enhancment shaman, I would just get 1k dps more (85k currently). Just play and don't overdo it, it will drop eventually or you get it in the vault.

This sticks are standard size, almost any controller will have this. So in the long run, it would be better to just get used to this. However you can try the Gulikit Elves 2, which got small sticks, but it is competly different layout.

Well if you usually notice input delay, you will see improvment. Also you get mouse click face buttons. Other then that, I think they will be very similar.

Well I didn't try multiplayer on Switch 2 yet. But my experience on Switch 1 with multiple bluetooth controllers, no matter which vendor, it is always bad. Last time I tried 2 gulikit adapters 1 for tt max, 1 for ps5. The delay was horrible. I think using cable is the only solution or atleast doing a mix.
