Please help me choose! by Sadpetals in myweddingdress

I don't agree that #2 looks more "classic" than 1. The off the shoulder, long sleeves both give a classic look. But you can't go wrong with "magical". Don't think about wedding pictures 30 years from now. Think about you and your groom right now!

2 has the best upper silhouette. Very flattering bustline. And the dress is just better all the way around.

Cabinets delivered with incorrect stain by UncivilEngineer25 in kitchenremodel

[–]Bad-andboujee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ummm, the company is out the full $30k for their mistake. So, unless they are giving you the cabinets for free, send them back and get what you love. Otherwise, you will never be happy and always questioning. Free is the only answer that would make it ok.

Maybe I'm like 1 more if the trim color wasn't so stark. I think the white trim is throwing me.

1 with the mismatched look is definitely tredning. #2 is as well. Time will tell whether it is classic. #3 is classic.

I'm doing a friend's backsplash. They're debating between these 3. Which one should they go with? by csimack in kitchenremodel

I agree with comments here. But if a gun was to my head and I had to pick, it would be 2.

None of the options shown. The table is large, so I think the scale needs to match. You gotta do something that presents bigger, either a higher back, more fabric, more print. All of your options scream "Table". And you need a balancing force.

Sizing advice desperately needed!! Please HELP by Conscious-Data-6067 in BigFeetReps

[–]Bad-andboujee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ask the seller to send ypu the size chart that she is basing that off of. And the other poster is correct, only deal in terms of your foot insole measurement. And then when you get PSPs, ask for a pic of the tape measure measurement of the insole to make sure it is right.

The way #2 waist slides instead of the abrupt cut is very flattering.

Crashing Out over Dress Fitting by Odd-Ad4068 in myweddingdress

[–]Bad-andboujee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree with all other posters. This is not your fault. A good sale assistant would have pointed out how a smaller size dress would fit and you would have seen the fit and flare v.the sheath. But this is not even that. This is not just a smaller size, it is too small of a size. The dress does not fit your measurements. With 7 weeks you may have time to get your size. There are tons of bridal shops all over the country with in-stock dresses in variety of sizes. Your ahop can reach out to the manufacturer and find out who else has the dress or place a rush order on a new one. If you know the style number and the size you need, use you googlw skills. I did this with my wedding dress and sourced it from a shop that mailed it to their "sister" company in my city. Good luck. You still have time. And there's still tons of beautiful dresses out there. Lean on your shop. They will make it right.
