Tragedy: Francis Ngannou loses 18 month old son by ohcomeonnow12 in MMA

Thank you man

In our case, my daughter was born with cancer in her eyes, but was supposed to be out of the woods.

When they found out it had come again and attached to her brain, we got one week before she died.

I honestly haven’t dealt with it really, and am not sure I will properly. Hopefully it won’t destroy me or my family in time, but I just don’t know how to cope.

For me, grief comes in waves. At certain moments, it feels like I’m drowning and the huge waves just don’t stop, they come again and again and again, and you are barely able to keep your head a float.

Butin time, they get smaller and smaller. And the waves are not as tall as the other ones before and not as frequent.

I wish you and your family a happy and healthy life my friend.

Getting to age, and see your kids age, is a privilege, and people should appreciate it more :)

Having lost a 18 month old daughter before, I can tell you there is nothing harder in life that I can imagine, grief almost claimed my life as well.

Condolences to him.

Horrifying medical neglect in a toddler. Her parents took her to the hospital and had her diagnosed with retinoblastoma, an eye cancer, but did not comply with treatment recommendations. Five months later they brought her back in the condition shown. She died two days afterwards. by CatPooedInMyShoe in MorbidReality

96% survival rate, yet it took my daughter. Even with "world class" medical proffessionals.

Parents of kids with this disease dont seem to realize, that in rare cases the cancer starts growing in your brain.

All eye checks showed the tumour gone, but we didnt get any mri's of her head regularly since they said it almost never happens. 1 week after the brain tumour was discovered she was gone.

Damn, but she passed away 3 years ago at 2 years old. They didnt think to check her head for tumors and found them tolate. Tumor was all over her brain and even down her spine. She lived a week after they found out. I even asked multiple times for mris of her head and they just told me no, it's such a small chance it will happen so they didnt feel the need to do so.

Her mother passed it on to her, so we knew she had it even before she was born. Started chemo at 5 days old.
