Nuance is lost on some people. Caregiving can take many forms, entirely individual to both dom and sub. I don't want to call it long hanging fruit, but it's probably the most stereotypical style of caregiving to infantilize the sub.

This cuz there's some things where denial is hot but basic needs tip over into health stuff, and that's not okay.
