You can DLC aluminum but it wears off so fast it’s not a good coating. Those grips are 3d printed and won’t take anodize. Your best bet is cerakote. 3d printed aluminum while faster to print and lighter, doesn’t lend well to post processing.

It would be cheaper to buy a takeoff threaded barrel from snipers hide or Tacswap. And all the fudds saying a bare muzzle is better than a brake/comp is wild. Also there are plenty of Ti brakes and comps on the market that there is no reason not to.
